Louis J. Freeh is founder and Chairman of the consulting firm Freeh Group International Solutions, LLC, and founder and partner of Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan, LLP a Washington, D.C. law firm.

From September 2012 through December 2015 Mr. Freeh was partner and immediate past chair of the Executive Committee of Pepper Hamilton LLP.

He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers College in 1971, Rutgers School of Law in 1974 and New York University School of Law in 1984 (L.L.M). Mr. Freeh joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Special Agent in 1975, and was assigned to the New York City Field Division, and later at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Freeh served as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps. 

In 1981, Mr. Freeh joined the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York as an Assistant United States Attorney, later serving as Associate and Deputy United States Attorney.  In 1991, Mr. Freeh was appointed by President George H.W. Bush as a United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York.

In 1993, President William J. Clinton appointed Judge Freeh as the Fifth Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  In 2001, Mr. Freeh joined MBNA America Bank in Delaware as Vice Chairman and General Counsel.

Mr. Freeh is an advisor to Millennium Partners, L.P. and a board member of the Max Planck Florida Institute.  He is counsel to the US Naval Academy Foundation and a member of the Board of Visitors for Georgetown Law School and is also on the board of directors for the Ellis Island Honors Society (EIHS).  From 2006 to 2013 Mr. Freeh was a member of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Company Board of Directors, where he chaired the Governance Committee.

Mr. Freeh and his wife, Marilyn, have six sons.

Vladeck, a partner at Vladeck, Raskin & Clark, P.C., concentrates on employment matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, and defamation, union-side labor law, and litigation.  Education:  University of Pennsylvania (B.A., magna cum laude, 1975); Columbia University (J.D., 1978).  Adjunct Faculty at Columbia; previously at Fordham and Cardozo Law Schools; Federal Bar Foundation (Secretary); currently vice-chair of the Federal Bar Council Inn of Court (President-Emeritus); formerly a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York Professional Discipline Committee.  Speaker for, among others, Practising Law Institute, ALI/ABA, ABA, NYSBA, NYCLA and N.Y.U. Conference, on employment litigation issues.
 
Ms. Vladeck received, among other awards, a Woman of Power and Influence Award by NOW-NYC in 2005 and received a Women of Distinction Award by the Labor and Employment Relations Association – New York City Chapter in 2006.  Member of the Board of Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health and of the Federal Defenders of New York; First Department Disciplinary Committee; Vice-Chair Federal Bar Council. Chambers-ranked 1st tier "lawyer" and "firm."  Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.  Has tried numerous employment cases, including a sexual harassment and retaliation case, Anucha Browne Sanders v. Madison Square Garden, et al.  For the second time in 2018, she was named one of the Super Lawyers "Top 10" in New York.  For more than ten years, named one of top 50 Women Lawyers and the top 100 Lawyers in New York by New York Super Lawyers and one of New York Magazine's "Best Lawyers."
