Marty BurgerAs Chief Executive Officer of Silverstein Properties, Inc. Marty Burger leads the company’s acquisitions and development efforts in the United States and abroad.

Prior to joining Silverstein, Mr. Burger was Founder, President and CEO of Artisan Real Estate Ventures. He spent 15 years at
Related, serving as President of Related Las Vegas and Executive Vice President of The Related Companies, L.P.

Marty was Vice President at The Blackstone Group for its first three real estate funds. Prior to that, he worked for Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Real Estate funds and spent five years at The Related Companies as Vice President of Development and Acquisitions.

He is a Trustee and Governor of the Urban Land Institute, Chairman of his Urban Development Mixed-Use Council nationally, on the Executive Committee of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center, a member of the Real Estate Roundtable in Washington, DC. and a Board Trustee of the Battery Conservancy.

Mr. Burger is involved with Habitat for Humanity, a board member of The Catalog for Giving,  and oversees activities of the Downtown Division of the UJA Federation.

Ronald T. Lo Russo
A key member of Cushman & Wakefield’s executive management team in the US, Ron Lo Russo reports directly to the President &
CEO of the Americas. He focuses on driving growth throughout the New York Tri-state Region and overseeing operations and performance of nine regional offices throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Among Mr. Lo Russo’s accomplishments is the launch and development of a training program for aspiring commercial real estate professionals, “PREP” and the strategic acquisition of key sales and management talent, strengthening the firm’s competitive advantage.


An attorney by trade, Mr. Lo Russo has structured complex lease and acquisition transactions throughout Manhattan.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ron spent sixteen years with Vornado Realty Trust—seven as Vice President of Leasing for their New York Office, overseeing commercial real estate transactions totaling more than 6,500,000 sf. 

A graduate of the Stern School of Business, Ron holds a JD from New York Law School. He is Chairman Emeritus of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association and a Junior Board Member of New York Cares.
